I built my career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people. As a former CIO and transformation leader, I drove large-scale digital and business transformation programs for organizations including PepsiCo, Gartner, Hewlett Packard, KPMG, and Dubai World Trade Center. I know the weight of high-stakes decisions, the complexity of leading through ambiguity, and what it takes to build teams that perform under pressure.
Alongside my advisory practice, I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, with additional certifications in HOGAN assessment, Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC/CRR Global), Systemic Team Coaching, and Executive Transition Coaching.
My belief is straightforward: every leader has more capacity than they are currently using. My role is to help them find it, focus it, and translate it into results that matter, for their organization, their team, and themselves.

I use ICF-aligned coaching methodology combined with validated leadership assessments (HOGAN, AoEC Team Connect 360, CCL 360, PerSight, MBTI, FIRO-B, WorkPlace Big Five Profile, MHS Influence Style, and Mentis Network Centrality) to ensure the work is grounded in data, not assumption.
